We would like to congratulate our Australian Labradoodles, Flint and Fiona. They can be seen in the book, "Designer Dogs", written by Maggie Bonham. Several years ago when Ms. Bonham was collecting information for her book, she contacted me for some of my thoughts on the section featuring the "labradoodle". At that time she also ask that I forward some pictures of my labradoodles for possible consideration for print of the breed depiction. I am so pleased that Fiona and Flint where chosen as two of the three labradoodles featured in the section defining the labradoodle breed, of the publication.

If you are visiting our website for the first time, you have come to the right place for information on labradoodles. We at Australian Labradoodles in Pa, have been breeding labradoodles since 2002. We were at that time, one of the first breeders of labradoodles in the United States offering the Australian Labradoodle. Since our early days, our labradoodle breeding program has expanded to include several Australian labradoodles which have been introduced through our selective labradoodle breeding process. Though we are a small breeder of Australian Labradoodles, we feel that it is important that each of our labradoodles receive the extra love and care that he or she is deserving of. Our Australian labradoodles reside in our home and or in guardian homes where their human parents also provide expert care of our labradoodles per our instructions. Australian Labradoodles in Pennsylvania is located in south central Pennsylvania in the rural area of, York.

We continue to develop a breeding program which specializes in the preservation and advancement of the astonishing breed known as the Australian Labradoodle. Presently, we own three stud boys, Flint, a proven labradoodle stud, once residing in Australia, Truman a true mini dark apricot Australian doodle, and our Fenimore Cooper(parents are our Scarlett and Flint) who will be ready for stud service in 2008. Females that we have also incorporated in to our labradoodle breeding program, Scarlett whom is an Australian Labradoodle breeding female. She is a prodigy from our own Australian Labradoodle, Treasure and Rutland's Caleb. Lily, is yet another Australian Labradoodle, breeding female we have sold to another breeder, from our own labradoodles, Flint and Fiona. Our Harlow who is prodigy from Flint and Scarlett and will also be active in our breeding program mid 2008.

Because labradoodles are such a new breed many people have mixed interpretations. The Australian Labradoodle is known for its exceptional temperament; they are highly intuitive and have a distinctive coat, and can be various colors and types. "Australian" Labradoodles differ greatly from early generational labradoodles because their ancestors have undergone decades of a selective breeding processes. Years of this research, started in Australia, have created the foundation that has enabled the Australian Labradoodle to have the unique qualities as listed above.

So again. Welcome to Australian Labradoodles in Pennsylvania, and feel free to have a look around. My hope is that you enjoy our labradoodles! If you have further questions that have not been answered by our website, contact us by phone or email.
